The Foreclosure Prevention Network of WNY is a collaboration of not-for-profit agencies offering free services to those in need. If you live in one of the eight western-most counties of New York State, we may be able to help. This collaborative effort brings you housing counselors, legal professionals, and certified foreclosure prevention specialists working together to help you regain control of your home.

The process is simple, call us or fill out our basic web application. After this, we will assist you in analyzing your budget, gathering your case, and possibly negotiating for better terms of mortgage payment more suitable to your finances. If you are in need of more time sensitive assistance, our legal team can help you through New York State's judicial foreclosure process.

We are NOT a "Mortgage Rescue Company." We do NOT collect any fees for any services. Please, spend some time on the website, learn about the problem, and don't hesitate to contact us. Doing so may buy you time and reverse the momentum of foreclosure against your home.
